Does it work with my version of WooCommerce?WooCommerce Pro requires WordPress 7.0+ and an active WooCommerce installation. There’s no minimum WooCommerce version beyond what WordPress 7.0 already requires.
I already use the free LolaCore with the 13 WooCommerce tools. What's the difference?The free core includes basic WooCommerce tools: read products, look up orders, create simple coupons, basic sales reports. WooCommerce Pro adds everything the core doesn’t cover: refunds, bulk updates, advanced analytics with period comparisons, customer segmentation, tax management, and order triage. **No overlap — just extension.**
Does my data go through your servers?No. LolaCore has no servers of its own. Conversations go directly from your WordPress to the API of whichever provider you’ve configured — Anthropic, OpenAI, or DeepSeek. **Nobody else sees them.**
What happens if I cancel?If you don’t renew, the add-on stops working when the year is up — but nothing happens to your store. Lola’s memory data stays in your WordPress database tables. You can delete it if you want, or leave it there in case you come back.
