By accessing the Site or using any LolaCore product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and **María DC**, based in Granada, Spain. 1. Professional Use — B2B Declaration ------------------------------------- LolaCore products are professional tools designed for business use. By purchasing or using any LolaCore product, **you represent that you are acting in your capacity as a business operator, professional, or entrepreneur**, and not as a consumer for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you are acting as a consumer under applicable law, contact us at before purchasing. 2. The LolaCore Software Model ------------------------------ **2.1 The Free Core Plugin** The LolaCore core plugin is distributed free of charge through WordPress.org under the **GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+)**. It is provided as-is with no warranty beyond what is required by the GPL. **2.2 Premium Add-ons** Premium add-ons are distributed under GPLv2+. What you purchase is not the software itself — it is a **one-year subscription to our support and update service**, which includes: access to automatic plugin updates, access to the LolaCore technical support portal, and priority technical assistance for the duration of the active subscription. **2.3 When a Subscription Expires** When your annual subscription expires and is not renewed: automatic update delivery stops (the plugin continues to function as installed), access to the support portal is deactivated, and no data is deleted from your WordPress installation. You may renew at any time. If you renew before expiry, your renewal price is locked at the price you originally paid. 3. Purchasing and Billing ------------------------- **3.1 Merchant of Record** All purchases are processed by **Lemon Squeezy**, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Billing, invoicing, VAT collection, and payment processing are governed by [Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service](https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/terms). **3.2 Pricing** Prices are listed in USD on lolacore.com and are subject to change. Price changes do not affect active subscriptions until their renewal date. **3.3 Subscription Renewal and Failed Payments** Subscriptions renew annually. If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy will retry up to four times over approximately two weeks. Your subscription remains active during this retry period. If all attempts fail, the subscription is cancelled and support portal access is deactivated. **3.4 Refunds and Sales Inquiries** Refund requests should be directed to . Given the digital and immediately deliverable nature of the licenses, refunds are not guaranteed after the license key has been delivered. Contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issue. 4. License Activation and Support Portal ---------------------------------------- **4.1 License Verification** Access to the LolaCore support portal requires a registered account linked to an active subscription. Your license key is verified against the Lemon Squeezy API. **4.2 System Availability and Fallback** In the event of a temporary unavailability of the Lemon Squeezy API, the LolaCore system provides a **72-hour grace window** during which portal access is maintained based on the last known license status. If access issues persist beyond 72 hours, contact . **4.3 One License, One Site** Each license key is valid for activation on a single WordPress installation. If you need to manage multiple sites, purchase a separate license for each site, or contact us to discuss multi-site arrangements. 5. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) — AI Provider ------------------------------------------ LolaCore does not include or provide AI services. The software requires you to configure your own API key from a supported AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or DeepSeek). By using the software: - You are solely responsible for your API key, your AI provider account, and any costs incurred - You agree to comply with the terms of service of your chosen AI provider - Conversations are transmitted directly from your WordPress server to your AI provider — LolaCore does not route, log, or access these communications - LolaCore accepts no liability for the outputs, availability, or behavior of any third-party AI provider 6. Intellectual Property and Trademark -------------------------------------- **6.1 Software License** All LolaCore plugins and add-ons are distributed under the **GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+)**. **6.2 Trademark Rights — Not Included in the GPL** The GPL does not grant any rights to the LolaCore trademarks. The name **LolaCore**, the LolaCore logotype, wordmark, and associated graphic marks, and the lolacore.com domain are the exclusive property of María DC and are not licensed under the GPL. Any redistribution or modification of GPL-licensed LolaCore code must remove all references to the LolaCore trademarks before public distribution. Internal technical identifiers such as function prefixes (`lolacore_`) are not considered trademark use. **6.3 No Endorsement** Redistribution of GPL-licensed code does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or relationship with LolaCore or María DC. 7. Acceptable Use ----------------- You agree not to use LolaCore products to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; introduce malware, backdoors, or malicious code into any WordPress installation; attempt to reverse-engineer the license verification system or circumvent access controls; or resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute support portal access. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties --------------------------- **The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind**, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LolaCore does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every WordPress configuration, or that results will be accurate. All write operations through the LolaCore interface require explicit user confirmation before execution. 9. Limitation of Liability -------------------------- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, María DC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill. In no event shall the total liability of María DC exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the event. 10. Third-Party Services ------------------------ LolaCore products integrate with third-party services including WordPress.org, WooCommerce, WPCode, Fluent Support, and various AI providers. LolaCore is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of any third-party service. Changes to third-party APIs may affect LolaCore functionality without prior notice. 11. Modifications ----------------- We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any LolaCore product or feature at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of LolaCore products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction ---------------------------------- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the **laws of Spain**.
