02 · HOW IT WORKS

## Lola reads tickets. She doesn't ask you to look things up.

Most helpdesk tools let you manage tickets faster. This addon does something different: it gives Lola access to your Fluent Support data at the same time she has access to everything else on your site.

When a customer asks about a refund, Lola checks the order. When a customer reports a plugin conflict, Lola checks your active code snippets. When a returning customer opens their fourth ticket about the same issue, Lola remembers the previous three — what was tried, what failed, what workaround was applied — and she does not ask them to explain the problem again.

She is not a faster interface for Fluent Support. She is a layer that connects your helpdesk to the rest of your business and responds with full context already assembled.

## What this addon does not cover.

Lola works through Fluent Support's ticket system. She does not access customer email inboxes directly. She does not send emails outside Fluent Support's reply channel.
