# Your email tool doesn't know who has an open support ticket.

Most re-engagement campaigns treat all dormant customers the same. Some stopped buying because they lost interest. Others stopped because they had a problem nobody fixed. Sending both groups the same 'we miss you' discount is the wrong email for half your list. Lola knows the difference.

## 01 · THE KILLER DEMO

### 14 dormant customers. Two completely different problems. One conversation.

A re-engagement campaign that treats everyone the same. Lola sees why each customer went quiet.

> **LolaCRM · At-risk segment**
> How are my at-risk customers doing?
> 14 contacts tagged 'at-risk' in FluentCRM. No purchase in 60+ days, all previously active buyers.
>
> **3 of them have open support tickets right now.** These customers may not be disinterested. They may be waiting for a resolution. Sending a re-engagement campaign before closing those tickets will likely backfire.
>
> The other 11 have no support history in the last 90 days. They went quiet for a different reason.
>
> I'd suggest handling these as two separate groups:
>
> **Group A (3 contacts):**
> Close the tickets first. Then send a specific email: 'We fixed the issue. Here's something for your patience.'
> **Group B (11 contacts):**
> Standard re-engagement. 'We miss you' angle with a time-limited offer.
> ⚡ Want me to draft both emails and set up the segments?

**No email platform gives you that view.** Klaviyo sees your purchase history. ActiveCampaign sees your email engagement. Neither one sees your support tickets.

Lola sees all three at once. The re-engagement campaign you send after this conversation is a different campaign than the one you would have sent without it.

Better targeting. Better messaging. Fewer unsubscribes.

## 02 · CAMPAIGN BUILDING

### Build a targeted campaign in one message.

> **LolaCRM · Campaign builder**
> Create a campaign for customers who bought in April but haven't returned.
> Found 67 customers with orders in April and zero orders in May. 54 of them are subscribed contacts in FluentCRM.
>
> Campaign draft ready. Subject: 'We've added new products since your last order.' Audience: 54 contacts. Status: draft.
> ⚡ Want me to write the email body?
> Yes, short, include a discount code.
> 'Hi {{contact.first_name}},
>
> It's been a few weeks since your last order. We've added new products since then. This one's for you: 15% off anything in the store with code COMEBACK15. Valid through May 31st.
>
> [Shop now]
>
> Thanks for being a customer.'
> ⚡ Ready to send, or adjust the offer?
> Schedule it for tomorrow at 10am.
> Scheduled. Campaign sends tomorrow at 10:00 AM to 54 contacts.
> ✓ Segment built · Email drafted · Scheduled

That campaign took one conversation. No segment builder. No dragging contact filters. No switching between WooCommerce and FluentCRM to cross-reference dates. Lola pulled the purchase data, matched it to your subscriber list, drafted the copy, and scheduled the send.

## 03 · REPORTING + MEMORY

### Lola noticed a pattern across your last four campaigns.

> **LolaCRM · Campaign report**
> How did last month's campaigns perform?
> April campaigns: 4 sent. 3,420 emails delivered total.
>
> 34.2% Avg open rate
> 8.1% Avg click rate
> €2,100 Top revenue
>
> **Best performer:** 'Spring Collection Launch.' 42% open rate, 12.3% click rate.
> **Worst:** 'Newsletter #14.' 18% open rate, 2.1% click rate.
>
> The difference is the subject line. 'Spring Collection Launch' was specific: *'New arrivals: 12 products under €30.'* Newsletter #14 was generic: *'Monthly update.'*
> **Pattern detected:** This is the third time a specific subject line has outperformed a generic one in your campaigns. I'd avoid the newsletter format going forward.

**That last observation is not a report feature. It's memory.** Lola has seen your campaigns accumulate over time. She knows your patterns better than a tool that shows you this month's numbers and forgets everything else.

Campaign data + historical memory = advice, not just metrics.

## 04 · ABILITY DOMAINS

### 51 abilities across 6 CRM domains. One conversation.

Everything FluentCRM lets you do through its interface, Lola does from the chat.

**Contact Management**
Your full contact list, from chat
Query, filter, and segment contacts by tag, list, purchase history, email engagement, or custom field. Add, update, delete, bulk-tag, bulk-assign. Import lists by describing who you want.

**Lists & Tags**
Organize without opening settings
Create, update, and delete lists and tags from conversation. Assign contacts individually or in bulk. Restructure your taxonomy without touching FluentCRM's admin panel.

**Email Campaigns**
From idea to scheduled send
Create campaigns, write or review the email body, set audiences, schedule sends. Duplicate existing campaigns as starting points. Check delivery status and pull results after the send.

**Automation Funnels**
Build funnels in plain language
Describe the logic. Lola builds the funnel: triggers (purchase, tag added, form submitted), conditions, wait steps, and actions. Review and edit existing funnels. Activate and pause from conversation.

**Email Sequences**
Drip campaigns, managed from chat
Create drip sequences and assign contacts. Manage steps: add, reorder, update copy, adjust delays. Track sequence performance and identify drop-off points.

**Reporting**
Numbers that come with advice
Open rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate, revenue attribution per campaign. Contact growth trends. Funnel conversion data. Sequence engagement by step. Ask in plain language. Lola pulls the numbers and tells you what they mean.

## 05 · CROSS-ADDON INTELLIGENCE

### The real value is what Lola knows before you ask.

Lola for Fluent CRM alone lets you manage email marketing from chat. Add the rest of the stack and the segmentation becomes something no standalone CRM tool can replicate.

**+ WooCommerce Pro**
Purchase data meets your contact list
Segment by product purchased, order value, purchase frequency, last order date, or any combination. Build a re-engagement campaign for customers who bought a specific product 90 days ago without opening two separate tools.

**+ Fluent Support**
Know why someone churned
Lola for Fluent Support gives Lola your ticket history. Now the question 'who should I send a re-engagement email to?' has a better answer: contacts who went quiet without unresolved issues, not those waiting for you to fix something.

**+ Memory**
Patterns across sessions
Lola tracks your campaign patterns across sessions. She knows which subject line formats have worked, which audiences have responded, which offers have converted. She does not start fresh every time. She builds on what she already knows about your business.

> **LolaCRM · Cross-domain**
> I want to run a Black Friday campaign. Where should I focus?
> Based on your last three promotions:
>
> **Your highest converters** are customers who bought in the first 3 months after signup and then went quiet, not first-time buyers.
> **Discounts above 20%** haven't moved your conversion rate beyond what 15% already achieves.
> **Best-performing sends** go out at 10am on Tuesdays.
> I'd recommend: a 15% offer, segmented to customers with 2+ orders and no purchase in 60 days, sent Tuesday morning.
> ⚡ Want me to build the segment and draft the campaign?

That answer comes from WooCommerce purchase data, FluentCRM campaign history, and Lola's accumulated memory. **No standalone tool produces it.**

## 06 · WHAT IT DOESN'T DO

### What this addon does not cover.

Lola for Fluent CRM works through FluentCRM's contact and campaign system. She does not access external email providers directly or manage transactional email outside FluentCRM.

She does not connect to Fluent Support data on her own. That cross-domain intelligence requires [Lola for Fluent Support](/fluent-support/) to be active. If you only have Lola for Fluent CRM, she works with FluentCRM data alone.

Lola drafts and schedules campaigns; actual email delivery depends on your FluentCRM mail configuration. If your sending setup has a problem, Lola will flag it but cannot fix your SMTP credentials.
