# Business Bundle

🧠 4 addons · 275 abilities · Save $107

Lola doesn’t see four tools. She sees your entire business.
===========================================================

Most business owners run their store, their code, their support, and their marketing in separate tabs. Separate tools. No shared memory between them. Lola with the Business Bundle runs all of it from one chat and she remembers everything across all four domains simultaneously.

 01 · The Morning Briefing

One question. One answer that crosses four domains.
---------------------------------------------------

This is what a Tuesday morning looks like when Lola has the full stack.

![Lola](/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/lolacore-favicon.png)Business Bundle · Live Demo

Morning. What needs my attention today?

![Lola](/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/lolacore-favicon.png)Good morning. Here's where things stand. **Store**
4 orders need action. #2847 has a failed Stripe payment. #2851 has been in processing for 9 days with no shipment. #2839 has a pending refund for $94.50. #2844 is a bank transfer pending for 6 days.

**Support**
11 tickets waiting. 2 high priority. Pattern flagged: 4 tickets opened in the last 90 minutes reference checkout problems.

**Site**
I found a likely cause for those 4 checkout tickets. Snippet #09 is hooking into `woocommerce_checkout_order_review` and generating a PHP notice. It correlates with 3 abandoned carts between 8:00 and 9:30 AM.

**Email**
Yesterday's campaign: 312 contacts, 29.1% open rate. Two contacts who clicked the campaign link are among the 4 who opened checkout tickets. They came from the email, hit the broken checkout, and wrote in.

**Recommended order:** fix the snippet first. It's causing cascading problems across the other three. Then I'll draft checkout ticket replies, process the refund, and notify the failed payment customer. Want me to start?

Fix the snippet and work through everything.

![Lola](/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/lolacore-favicon.png)**Snippet #09 fixed.** Missing null check on the shipping package array, line 14. No errors in the log after activation. **4 checkout tickets:** replies drafted and sent. Explained the site-side error, confirmed resolution. Each includes a 10% discount code for the inconvenience. **Refund #2839:** $94.50 processed via Stripe. Customer notified. **Order #2847:** payment failure notification sent with retry link. **Order #2844:** flagged for manual follow-up. Bank transfers at this age rarely complete. One more thing: the two customers who came from the email and hit the broken checkout are now tagged `campaign-issue` in FluentCRM. I'd suggest a short follow-up email to those two specifically. Want me to draft it?

**What just happened:** No human employee sees that picture in one pass. Your developer doesn't know about the checkout tickets. Your support agent doesn't know about the snippet. Your email manager doesn't know two of those clickers just had a broken experience. Lola knows all of it, connected it without being asked, and fixed four problems before your second coffee.

02 · The VIP Who’s About to Leave

$2,300 lifetime value. Third ticket. Lola finds the real reason and fixes it.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

![Lola](/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/lolacore-favicon.png)Customer Intelligence · 4 Domains

Check on a customer for me. Ana Ruiz.

![Lola](/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/lolacore-favicon.png)Ana Ruiz. Full picture across all systems. **Store**
23 orders. LTV: $2,347. Last purchase: 47 days ago. Before that, she bought every 18–22 days for 14 months. The drop is abrupt. Not natural churn.

**Support**
3 tickets in 60 days. All about PDF export not working. Ticket 3 has been open for 3 days with no reply.

**Site**
Active snippet modifies the order confirmation email to include a PDF link. Uses a deprecated function since the last WP update. For Outlook and Apple Mail users, the link renders as broken text. Ana uses Outlook.

**Email**
Ana has not opened any of your last 6 campaigns. She opened every campaign for the 14 months before that. The engagement drop started 3 days after her first ticket.

This is not churn from disinterest. Ana has a recurring technical problem caused by your snippet. She's frustrated, not gone. **What I'd do:**
1. Fix the snippet (deprecated function → current hook).
2. Reply to ticket 3 with the root cause explanation.
3. Remove her from the campaign sequence.
4. Create a personal coupon and draft a recovery email from you.

Yes, do all of it.

![Lola](/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/lolacore-favicon.png)**Snippet fixed.** Deprecated function replaced. Link renders correctly in all email clients. **Ticket 3 replied:** root cause explained, fix confirmed, PDF access instructions included. **Ana removed from active sequence.** She won't receive the next 3 newsletters. **Personal email drafted:**"Ana, I want to reach out personally. You've reported the same issue three times, and each time we treated it as a one-off rather than finding the actual cause. That was on us. The root cause is fixed permanently now. Here's a personal discount code: ANA-CARE-40, $40 off your next order. Thank you for your patience."

Coupon `ANA-CARE-40` created in WooCommerce: $40 fixed discount, restricted to ana@example.com, single use, no expiry. Ready to send when you are.

**Why this matters:** Ana would have been a churn statistic in 30 days. The only reason she came back is that Lola connected four data points from four different systems: a 14-month purchase pattern, three tickets about the same bug, a broken snippet affecting one email client, and a 6-campaign engagement drop that started with the frustration. No single view surfaces that story.

 03 · Cross-Domain Demo

A product has a problem. Lola handles the entire fallout in one conversation.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

![Lola](/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/lolacore-favicon.png)The Defective Product Crisis

Something's wrong with the Starter Kit. I'm seeing complaints.

![Lola](/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/lolacore-favicon.png)I've pulled the full picture. **Store**
8 refund requests in the last 48 hours. Average order value: $67.90. Total exposure: $543.20. Refund rate: 11.3% (normal: 1.4%).

**Support**
14 tickets mentioning the Starter Kit in 48 hours. Main complaint: broken PDF download link. Secondary: variant "Slate" arriving with wrong labeling. Two tickets from repeat customers with $300+ LTV.

**Site**
Snippet #12 ('Custom download redirect') is rewriting the download URL for digital attachments. It's pointing to a path that no longer exists after last week's media folder reorganization.

**Email**
67 customers who purchased the Starter Kit in the last 30 days are in your subscriber list. None have received proactive communication about this.

Here's what I'd do, in order:
1. Fix snippet #12 to restore the download path.
2. Process the 8 pending refunds.
3. Reply to the 14 tickets (separate drafts for each issue).
4. Send a proactive email to the 67 at-risk purchasers.
Want me to go?

Go.

![Lola](/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/lolacore-favicon.png)**Snippet #12 fixed.** Download URL corrected. **8 refunds processed.** Total: $543.20 returned via original methods. All 8 customers notified. **14 ticket replies sent.** Download issue: explanation + fixed link + 15% off next order. Labeling issue: apology + replacement + expedited shipping. **Email to 67 purchasers:** subject 'Important update about your Starter Kit.' Explains the download fix, acknowledges the labeling issue, includes a direct support link. Scheduled for 30 minutes to give you time to review. One thing still open: the Slate variant with incorrect labeling. That's a warehouse issue. I've flagged it in WooCommerce and paused the Slate variant from new orders until you confirm. Everything else is handled.

**Count what just happened:** a code fix, 8 refunds, 14 ticket replies, a proactive email to 67 customers, a product variant paused, and a supplier flag. Each action required a different domain. None of them could have identified the root cause alone.

That's the full stack handling a crisis in one chat.

04 · Black Friday in One Conversation

Your agency needs two weeks. Lola needs one conversation.
---------------------------------------------------------

![Lola](/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/lolacore-favicon.png)Black Friday · Full Stack

Let's set up Black Friday. 25% off Electronics, a BFCM30 coupon for 30% off orders over $200, an urgency banner, a 3-email sequence, and support ready for volume.

![Lola](/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/lolacore-favicon.png)Got it. Working through all four layers now. **Store**
Electronics: 34 products. Sample: 'Wireless Headphones Pro' $119.90 → $89.92, 'USB-C Hub' $54.90 → $41.17. All 34 updated. ✓

BFCM30 coupon created: 30% off, $200 minimum, Nov 29–Dec 1, single use, no stacking. ✓

**Site**
Urgency banner generated. Black background, white text: "BLACK FRIDAY: 25% off all Electronics. Use BFCM30 for 30% off orders over $200." Sticky header, close button with 24-hour cookie. Banner is live. ✓

**Email**
3-email pre-launch sequence built:
• Monday: 'Something's coming' teaser to all subscribers.
• Thursday eve: full details to all subscribers.
• Friday launch: priority send to top 20% by LTV.
All drafted and scheduled. ✓

**Support**
6 saved replies pre-built for: coupon issues, stacking questions, shipping timelines, return policy, order tracking, payment failures. ✓

Triage workflow active: any ticket mentioning 'BFCM30' or 'Black Friday' gets auto-tagged `bfcm-2026` and prioritized. ✓

Everything is in place. Confirm the email copy and I'll finalize the sequences.

**What just happened:** Prices updated. Coupon live. Banner running. Three emails scheduled. Six support replies preloaded. Triage workflow active. A full agency retainer condensed into one conversation, completed before your first meeting of the day. You didn't open WooCommerce, your code editor, FluentCRM, or Fluent Support once.

05 · Why the Full Stack Is Different

The addons give Lola abilities. The memory gives her understanding.
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Every addon you add gives Lola access to a new system. That part is straightforward. More addons, more tools. But access is not the same as understanding, and that distinction is where the Business Bundle becomes something different from a tool collection.

The mechanism that makes cross-domain work is **persistent memory**. Not session memory that resets when you close the chat. A structured, decay-weighted store of everything Lola has learned about your business across every conversation, every domain, and every system she has access to.

When Ana has been buying from your store for 14 months with the Business Bundle active, Lola has been accumulating her purchase rhythm from WooCommerce, her ticket history from Fluent Support, and her campaign behavior from FluentCRM. All held simultaneously in the same memory, indexed against each other. The pattern in the Ana demo becomes visible without being asked for. The longer the Business Bundle runs, the more of your customers look like Ana does in that conversation.

The compounding effect

Most subscription tools deliver roughly the same value month after month. Eventually you question the renewal.

The Business Bundle works in the opposite direction. Every week, Lola's memory accumulates more context: your pricing history, your seasonal patterns, your best campaigns, your recurring support issues, your code decisions and why they were made.

After six months, Lola knows things about your business that no new employee, no agency, and no onboarding process could reconstruct. The memory does not plateau. It compounds. That is the only subscription you will ever own that becomes more valuable the longer you keep it.

  06 · Honest Scope

What’s outside the bundle. We tell you up front.
------------------------------------------------

The Business Bundle covers store operations, site code, customer support, and email marketing. It does not include visual design and page building. That part is handled by [LolaCore for Elementor](/lolacore-for-elementor/), a separate addon that is completely free and available now. Install it alongside the bundle and Lola can build pages, edit layouts, and manage your global styles too.

Lola works with your existing content. She does not generate product photography, create branded design assets, or manage your social media accounts outside WordPress.

The free LolaCore core must be installed first. WooCommerce, WPCode, Fluent Support, and FluentCRM must be installed and active. The bundle does not include licenses for those third-party plugins, only Lola’s integration with them.
